New to Yoga? Want to get back to the basics? Want to take a step back and “re-meet’ the yoga techniques you are already familiar with? Then this workshop is for you.
Join me for a 6-week fun filled introduction to yoga with detailed instruction, demonstrations, and hands-on assistance. I will guide you through the fundamentals of safely building a yoga practice. As the weeks progress, we will incorporate postures (asanas) with breathing techniques (pranayama) while developing focus (meditation). The workshop will also explore yoga history and philosophy. During the final class, we will put it all together to help redirect your subconscious attention towards creating a healthy lifestyle.

Week 6: Seated Poses
Week 3: Balance and Twisting Poses
Week 4: Back Bends and Arm Balances
