Bring Stillness into Your Daily Routine: Meditation and Pranayama

Meditation quiets your mind through focused attention on one’s experience in the present moment and can improve the overall health of your brain and body. Meditation helps “turn down” the production of stress hormones that negatively impact every bodily system.
Pranayama is the practice of breathing consciously in order to create a strong life force.
Pranayama helps you optimize well-being and realize clarity, stillness, and joy.
We will bring these two tools together during a two-hour workshop by discussing several pranayama techniques, and short guided visualizations and introducing a few meditation techniques to use in daily life.
Suitable for All Levels. No Yoga Experience Needed.
