"The Change": Yoga Therapy for Navigating Menopause

Menopause is a shift; a transition; a transformation. This workshop shifts the paradigm with solutions. You will build up, strengthen, and embrace the wisdom of menopause.
Studies have demonstrated that yoga improves women’s quality of life as they experience the menopausal transition by mitigating insomnia symptoms including night sweats, addressing depression and anxiety related symptoms, and improving pelvic health and incontinence.
Yoga Therapy uses yogic practices to help re-pattern physical movement, breath, energy, & thought patterns.
The workshop will include yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditations, guided visualizations, and philosophy as well discussions on anatomy, stress, anxiety, and maintaining overall well-being as we revolt against the paradigm of decline & embrace vitality.
A short intake form will be sent to participants prior to the workshop.
Who Should Attend: Anyone navigating peri-menopause, menopause, or post-menopause. No yoga or meditation experience required.
NOTE: Since the workshop builds upon itself, you must be able to participate in all 4 sessions.
